BDO Switzerland's Corporate Finance team advised the shareholders of Indutrade Switzerland AG throughout the entire acquisition process of TSE Troller AG, including buyer-side due diligence. Indutrade Switzerland AG is an internationally operating conglomerate in the technology and industry sector, consisting of over 200 companies worldwide. The seller is Swiss-based TSE Troller AG, a company that develops, manufactures, and distributes coating nozzles and employs approximately 30 employees.
