Marcel Jans

Marcel Jans has been in charge of BDO’s Swiss Deal Advisory Team since 2000, which is entrusted with the following products: Mergers & acquisitions, transaction advisory services, company valuations, restructuring and litigation/arbitration.

He has managed and coordinated M&A projects at national and international level. He has wide experience in the fields of due diligence, valuation and structuring of transactions, fairness opinions and reviews of public takeover bids.
