Dennis Kanwar is a project manager in management consulting. He advises legal and natural persons in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, transaction services, company valuation, litigation & arbitration and restructurings. In addition, Dennis Kanwar manages auditing mandates in the national and international environment. He specialises in audits of consolidated financial statements and separate financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations, Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS.

Dennis Kanwar holds a degree in public accountancy and studied economics at the University of Basel.
