Ineichen Management Buy-in (MBI).

BDO's M&A team acted as lead advisor to the shareholder of Ineichen AG on the entire sales in the context of the entrepreneurial succession, which was carried out as a Management-Buy-in (MBI).

This included the preparation of the sales documentation, identification and approach of potential buyers, support during the buyer's due diligence, negotiations as well as the entire process management until the closing of the transaction.

With its 40-year company history, Ineichen AG specializes in the sale as well as the planning and installation of machines and suctions systems for wood and plastics processing. The company is based in Ermensee/LU and employs around 40 people.
